About the event

Join us as Kensley Merry, LPC-S discusses the impact of sleep on emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing. Assess patients' sleep habits, learn what influences quantity and quality of sleep, gain tangible steps to help patients (and yourself!) improve sleep, and assess the ethical implications of sleep in sessions for patients, clinicians, and supervisees. 

Cost: $50

**Counts for 3 hours of board approved continuing education for LPCs and LMFTs.
