Sheldon Adkins is a graduate of Oklahoma Christian University and earned a Master's degree from the University of Central Oklahoma. Sheldon has been a Licensed Professional Counselor for 27 years. Sheldon works primarily from cognitive-behavioral theory, although he does draw from other theories as well. He works frequently with clients struggling with depression and anxiety and couples experiencing marital difficulty. Sheldon has been married to his wife, Christi, for 27 years and they have two sons, Daniel, 23 and Cole, 20.  They enjoy baseball and serving each summer in Catacamas, Honduras with Mission Predisan. Jesus replied: "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind." This is the first and greatest commandment.  And the second is like it: "Love your neighbor as yourself."
