About the event

This 3-hour LPC supervision ethics CEU examines the intersection of supervision ethics, counselor wellness, impairment prevention, and self-compassion in clinical practice. Participants will explore how perfectionism, shame, burnout, and all-or-nothing thinking influence ethical decision-making, supervisee development, gatekeeping responsibilities, and professional competence. The training integrates ACA ethical principles, supervision models, case studies, reflective exercises, and practical strategies for ethically grounded supervision that promotes accountability while reducing shame-based clinical functioning.
